Pick ripe produce with the crew’s guidance, relax beside the pool, or join a pickleball game. Yoga, lessons and community events vary by season; confirm current activities on arrival.
Follow Hidden Valley Waterfall Trail, Twin Falls Jungle Trail or Fruit Forest Trail through the surrounding rainforest. The community’s hiking guide describes waterfalls, viewpoints and cloud-forest scenery. Routes can be steep and slippery, and water levels change with rain. Ask management which trails are open, carry water, wear shoes with grip and return before dark.
The resident-compiled guide records 175 species seen at the village and nearby lower elevations across many seasons. Forest edges, ornamental gardens, the vegetable garden and fruit forest each attract different birds. Some North American species visit in migration or winter; no sighting is guaranteed. Bring binoculars and explore gently, without feeding or disturbing wildlife.
The fruit forest and vegetable gardens are part of daily village life: ask the crew what is ripe before picking. Green flags mark produce ready to harvest; red flags mean wait. Enjoy the pool, pickleball, billiards and table tennis, or ask about seasonal yoga and gatherings. Equipment, sessions and events depend on current arrangements.
